For the 3rd straight Division II-A Tennis Girls Doubles State Tournament, the USJ Lady Bruins were represented in the title game. This time the title would return to Memphis and not Jackson as the USJ duo of Zainba Baba and Madeline Craig were defeated by the Lausanne team of Zoeya Khan and Alessandra Young 2-0. Despite the loss, more hardware returns to the Lady Bruin trophy case with the Runner-Up Trophy, and the legacy of Tennis excellence surely will live on.
