JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Former Bethel football great Sam Castronova led the Jacksonville Sharks to the National Arena League (NAL) Championship with a 54-45 victory over the Carolina Sharks in Jacksonville Saturday night. Castronova threw four touchdowns and was named the MVP of the game.
Castronova was also named to the All-NAL Team and the NAL MVP this season.
Castronova is third in career passing yards as a Wildcat with over 4,600 yards. He is third in career passing touchdowns with 39.
