Dresden 62, South Fulton 12

– There was no let down for the Lions after the previous week’s emotional win. Dresden dominated the Red Devils on the road to the tune of 503 yards of total offense. Cameron Schlicht and Tristan Jett again led the way for the Lions as Schlicht racked up 309 total yards (283 passing/26 rushing) and 5 total TDs (4 passing/1 rushing). Tristan Jett rushed for 176 yards on the ground and 3 TDs to complete the rout. Brady McFarland threw for 129 yards and 2 TDs to lead South Fulton.

Fayette Academy 34, Tipton-Rosemark 18

Gleason 54, Humboldt 36

Hardin County 42, Haywood 35

– The Tigers kept their record unblemished in a wild back and forth shootout with the visiting Tomcats. Carter Smith threw for 3 TDs including the winning score with 1:57 to play before Hardin County’s defense made a late 4th down stand to preserve a big win for the Tigers. Smith also rushed for 2 TDs to aid the Tiger cause.

Henry County 46, Beech 45 (OT)

– Trailing by 14 entering the 4th quarter, the Patriots outscored Beech 17-3 in the final frame to force overtime. Both teams scored on their first possesion, but it was Henry County pulling out their own version of the iconic “Philly Special” to earn a dramatic win on the road. Caden Marshall led the team with 315 total yards (138 passing/177 rushing) as the Patriots won their 4th straight entering the bye week.

Obion County 42, Fayette-Ware 0

– The Rebels rebounded from 3 straight losses with a complete team route of visiting Fayette-Ware. Hamilton May threw for 2 TDs and rushed for 94 yards, while Tucker Moore added 100 yards and 4 TDs. The Rebel defense held Fayette-Ware to just 67 yards on the evening.

West Carroll 54, Bruceton 0

– Jayden Milton once again powered the War Eagles to a big win, as West Carroll remained unbeaten in region play. Milton rushed for 223 yards and 2 TDs, while Zach Fowler added 93 yards and 3 TDs as West Carroll won going away.
