– Obion County’s late rally came up just short in a back and forth region thriller. Ja’Bari Livingston rushed for 226 yards and 2 scores, while Pierre Isom added 124 yards and 2 more scores to lead the Choctaws. Hamilton May led Obion County with 148 yards rushing and 3 total TDs.

Hardin County 40, Jackson South Side 13

– The Tigers overwhelmed the Hawks on the road to improve to 9-0 for the 3rd time in 4 years. Carter Smith threw for 244 yards and 2 scores, while Jacob Saunders added 165 yards and 2 TD on the ground. Chuck Stokes led South Side with 85 rushing yards and 2 TDs to go with 84 passing yards. The Tigers finish the regular season at home next Friday by hosting Lexington.

Haywood 28, Crockett County 23

Henry County 56, Ridgeway 0

– The Patriots continued to roll behind a total team effort against the visiting Roadrunners. Caden Marshall threw for 3 TDs, James Bobbitt rushed for another, and the Henry County defense limited Ridgeway to just 108 total yards as the Patriots improved to 8-1 on the season. Henry County wraps up the regular season next Thursday by hosting Hendersonville.

Kipp Memphis 34, West Carroll 28

– Jayden Milton rushed for 264 yards and 3 scores but it wasn’t enough as visiting Kipp found a late score to send the War Eagles to their 2nd straight loss. West Carroll finishes the regular season at McKenzie on Thursday.

Milan 48, Peabody 6

– In the latest installment of this historic Gibson County rivalry, it was all Milan. The Bulldogs rushed for 234 yards and 6 TDs as a team, while a stellar defensive performance held Peabody to just 76 total yards on the night. The win improves Milan to 8-1 on the season entering a monster show down with Riverside in Parsons next Friday, where the winner will earn a home playoff game.

South Fulton 42, Halls 7

– The Red Devils returned to the right side of .500 with a convincing road win over Halls. Dallas Whitehead rushed for 122 yards and 4 TDs, while Brady McFarland threw for 178 yards for the Red Devils. South Fulton will host Humboldt on Thursday looking to secure a playoff berth.

Union City 55, Humboldt 6

– Key special teams plays gave Union City plenty of short fields in a road rout of Humboldt. The Golden Tornadoes got the scoring started with a 66 yard Teyhari Jones Punt-Return TD before Keaten Brown and Jacob Arnold scored twice apiece to put an exclamation point on things. Aiden Reid’s 13 tackles led a swarming unit that troubled the Vikings all evening. Union City finishes the regular season Thursday night at Lake County with a home playoff game on the line.
