– Carson Howell put on another clinic for the Tigers as he threw for 431 yards and 7 touchdowns and added another rushing TD. The win helped Bolivar finish their season at 6-4.

– Henry County salted away the Region 7 5A crown with another empahtic win, to finish the regular season at 8-2. The Patriots never looked back after jumping out 17-0 over the visitors as Caden Marshall threw 2 TD passes and James Bobbitt rushed for one more.

McKenzie 42, West Carroll 13

– McKenzie leapt out to an early 28 point lead, and never looked back in a convincing victory over their cross-county rivals. The Rebels clinched the Region 6-1A title in the process and locked up home field advantage through at least the quarterfinals. Tate Surber threw 4 touchdown passes, while Brady Brewer rushed for 108 yards on the ground. Jayden Milton’s 108 total yards led the War Eagles on the night.

– The Golden Tornadoes’ trademark rushing attack was too much for the Falcons to overcome as Union City clinched the #2 seed in Region 7-1A with the win. Jacob Arnold rushed for 217 yards and Keaten Brown added 141 as the duo scored twice a piece to power the Golden Tornadoes. Calvin Mullins led Lake County with 155 yards rushing on the night, while Jeremy Cesar threw 2 TD passes.

– Hardin County scored with 6 seconds left to win a thrilling game over visiting Lexington and secure a perfect regular season. Carter Smith led the way for Hardin County with 375 passing yards and 4 TD, while Jake Saunders caught 2 passes for 147 yards and 2 scores. Kam Harmon caught 3 passes for 106 yards and 2 more scores.

– Ashton Hutcherson and Gray Eubanks each rushed for 2 scores as the Mustangs completed a clean sweep of Region 6-2A with their 9th straight win.
