MARTIN, Tenn. – Both University of Tennessee at Martin basketball teams will take part in a “Tip Off at Elam” glow event this Thursday, Nov. 2 at the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public with no cost of admission.
The first 500 UT Martin students will receive a free t-shirt and free food. A meet-and-greet and autograph session with both the Skyhawk women’s and men’s teams will kick off the night. Each UT Martin roster will be introduced and a three-point contest will follow. A halfcourt shot for the chance to win a scholarship will then take place before a “Skyhawk Super Fan 101” competition. Following a performance from the UT Martin band and Skyhawk cheer squad, prizes will be awarded at the end of the event.
