JACKSON, Tenn. – Union falls short on the road in Clinton, Mississippi. The Lady Bulldog’s record falls to 5-23 overall (4-9 GSC) while Mississippi College improves to 10-14 overall (8-6 GSC).
The Lady Bulldogs were led offensively by Reese Owens who collected 10 kills (.238). Vanja Stefanovic also had a solid showing, scoring 7 kills (.294) herself. Ashley Pruitt tallied 9 assists which led Union. Davey Slaughter led the Lady Bulldogs in digs with 14.
The Lady Bulldog’s next match is on the road tomorrow in Livingston, Alabama to take on the Tigers of West Alabama University. Union’s next home match is on November 10th versus the University of Auburn in Montgomery at 6 p.m.
