ATLANTA, Ga. – The Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) announced their 2023 volleyball all-conference team last week and Maia Thompson and Anayah Goss were named to the second team.
Goss was first in the league in total attacks with 978 and fifth in kills per set (2.75). The junior from Compton Calif. had 287 kills 44 aces, 18.0 total blocks, and 341 total points.
Thompson, a native of Duncanville, Texas, was second on the team in kills with 241. The senior recorded 53.0 total blocks and accounted for 281.5 points.
