UT Martin Football Finishes 2023 Season Ranked In Both National Polls

MARTIN, Tenn. – Following the completion of the Football Championship Subdivision national title game over the weekend, the University of Tennessee at Martin finished the 2023 campaign ranked in both final national polls.

The Skyhawks claimed the No. 23 spot in the AFCA Coaches’ Poll while sitting No. 25 in the Stats Perform Top 25.

The Skyhawks finished the season with an 8-3 overall record while notching a 5-1 record in Big South-OVC Football Association action to claim the program’s third consecutive conference championship. UT Martin posted eight FCS victories but was not extended a bid to the 2023 FCS Playoffs.
