Media Day for the upcoming Union City High School football season has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 24, at War Memorial Stadium.
Team photos for the 2024 Tornadoes will be taken at 9 a.m., with senior banner pictures to follow.
Family members of players and fans of the program are invited to attend. They will have the opportunity to take photos of their favorite UCHS players and cheerleaders after the team photo has been taken.
Media Day for the Union City Middle School football team is on the schedule for Friday, July 26, at War Memorial Stadium.
Team photos will be made at 9 a.m., with opportunities for fans to take pictures of individual players and cheerleaders to follow.
The public is invited to both events.
UCHS will scrimmage twice in the preseason (Aug. 2 in a three-way with Ripley and Milan and Aug. 9 at Trenton) before playing at Covington (Aug. 16) in the third annual Purple and Gold Jamboree. The Tornadoes will open their 2024 campaign on Aug. 23 at Murray.
The Union City Middle School team will scrimmage at McKenzie on July 25 and at home against USJ on Aug. 1 before playing its first regular season game on Aug. 13 at Paris Inman.
