UNION CITY, TENN. – Forever Communications and the Sports731 Network are proud to announce Robin Francis and Eddie Suiter as the official broadcast team for the Union City Golden Tornadoes during the 2026 high school football season.
Francis will handle play-by-play duties in his first football season with the Sports731 Network after broadcasting more than 15 Golden Tornado spring sports contests this past school year. He has provided play-by-play coverage of high school and college athletics since the early 1980s and has been a familiar, trusted voice for generations of local sports fans. Throughout his broadcasting career, Francis has remained closely connected to Union City athletics, previously serving as the play-by-play voice for Golden Tornado sports and hosting postgame shows.
Suiter returns for his fourth season as the color analyst for Union City football. A teacher and multi-sport coach at Union City High School, he brings firsthand knowledge of the school’s athletic programs and a deep understanding of the Golden Tornado tradition. His experience working with student-athletes each day, combined with his passion for Union City athletics, provides fans with insightful analysis and a unique perspective throughout each broadcast.
Together, Francis and Suiter will lead coverage of Union City football this fall as part of Forever Communications and the Sports731 Network’s continued mission to showcase West Tennessee athletics.
