An incredible history-making run has come to an end for the 2023 Bradford Baseball Team. Returning to Murfreesboro for the 2nd straight season, the Red Devils hoped to make a deeper run this year after coming within 2 games of last year’s final. However, despite the disappointment of Wednesday’s 13-1 loss to McKenzie, the history and pride the Bradford community has for the 2023 baseball team, will go well beyond this season. Bradford’s final record of 26-12 sets a program record for single season wins. The Red Devils won the District 13A Title in back-to-back seasons and finished as Region 7A Runner-Ups for the past 2 seasons. It’s a historic run for the program, that had never reached the State Tournament prior to 2022. A new standard to build on has been set by the Classes of 2022 and 2023, setting up a potentially very bright future for Bradford Baseball.
