One day after the squad set new season benchmarks for aggregate and smallbore scoring plus three individual career-high scores were set, the Skyhawks were right back at it today with a pair of new career-best tallies. Alayna Walther shot a career-high 593 in air rifle and Nick Fares wasn’t too far behind, posting a career-best 592 in the same event.

The six-match fall schedule is now complete for the Skyhawks as the squad has shown gradual improvement, achieving season-high scores in aggregate, air rifle and smallbore since Nov. 11 alone. UT Martin will step away from official competition for a little under two months before opening the spring campaign on Jan. 14 against Georgia Southern in Murray, Ky.
