SPARTA, Ill. – It was another successful SASP College Nationals for the Bethel University Shooting team. Bethel Action Shooting Team hit the road to defend their six National Titles from 2024.
The Cats added to their total and came home with seven national titles and 25 individual titles between three of their shooters.
The team entered nine disciplines and came home with seven national titles along with a second and a 3rd place finish.
The competition was the toughest yet, but Bethel was up for the challenge.
The Tammy Mowry Rifle and the Paul J. Pluff Pistol cups are coming back to Bethel once again.
The first day of competition started off with Team Bethel competing in Rimfire Revolver and Centerfire Revolver.
That afternoon Bethel shot in 1911 and Centerfire Optics. Day two was the rimfire day with the team competing in rimfire pistol, pistol optics, rimfire rifle, and rifle optics.
On the final day, Team Bethel shot their pistol caliber carbines.
